Are my photos uploaded?⌄
No — the watermark is drawn onto the image in your browser with the Canvas API and the result is saved from there. Nothing ever leaves your device.
How do I make a watermark hard to remove?⌄
Use the tile option: a diagonal, semi-transparent watermark repeated across the whole image (30–50% opacity, rotated ~−30°) is far harder to erase than one small corner mark, while still keeping the photo viewable.
What logo file works best?⌄
A PNG with a transparent background. SVG also works. The logo is scaled relative to the photo (about a fifth of its width at 100% size) so it looks consistent across different image sizes.
