7-day guarantee on your first purchase
Your first-ever subscription payment is refundable in full within 7 days of purchase, provided you have used no more than 10 AI generations in that period. One first-purchase refund per person.
Monthly renewals
If a renewal charge goes through and you have not used any AI generations in the new billing cycle, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will refund that renewal in full.
How to cancel
PayPal subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account page or your PayPal dashboard — you keep your benefits until the end of the paid period and no further charges occur. Alipay memberships do not auto-renew; simply choose not to renew.
Alipay payments
Alipay memberships are activated manually after payment. The same 7-day / 48-hour rules apply, and approved refunds are returned via your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds where quotas have been substantially used, where the account violated the Terms of Service, or where a chargeback was filed without contacting us first — talk to us before disputing a charge; it is faster for everyone.
