Preguntas frecuentes
Is my video uploaded to a server?⌄
No. Frames are captured with the Canvas API and the ZIP archive is assembled in your browser too — the video and the extracted images never leave your device.
Should I choose PNG or JPEG?⌄
PNG is pixel-perfect lossless — best for thumbnails, documentation or ML datasets. JPEG is 5–10× smaller and fine for previews and sharing. Frame file names include the timestamp (e.g. frame-003-t2.5s.png), so you always know where each image came from.
How do I capture one exact moment?⌄
Play the preview, pause at the frame you want (use , and . keys in most browsers to step frame by frame), then hit "Capture current frame". The still is taken at the exact playhead position at full selected resolution.
