What kind of PDF forms does this support?⌄
Any PDF with real AcroForm fields — the kind created by Acrobat, most government/HR PDF forms, or exported from form-builder tools. If a PDF only looks like a form (printed lines and boxes with no real fields), there's nothing for us to detect — try PDF Sign to stamp text or a signature onto it instead.
What does “Flatten” do?⌄
It converts your filled-in values into permanent page content and removes the editable form fields, so the PDF can't be accidentally changed later. Leave it unchecked if the recipient should still be able to edit the fields.
