No. Row and column layouts scale every image down to match the smallest one (never up); grid layout fits each photo inside its cell without cropping, using your chosen background color to fill any leftover space.
What's the maximum number of images?⌄
Up to 20 images per collage, 25 MB each. For a huge batch, split it into a few smaller collages.
