Frequently asked questions
Which languages does the prompt support?⌄
Chinese and English give the best results. The model also natively understands Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian and several other languages — it can even render text inside the image in 14 languages. For languages without official support, like Hindi, we recommend writing your prompt in English for the most reliable result.
How many credits does one image cost?⌄
Every image costs the same fixed number of credits whatever size you choose — the exact amount is shown next to the Generate button and set by the site owner in the admin console. We recommend the 1.5K size: it costs the same as 1K but looks clearly sharper.
Am I charged when a generation fails?⌄
No. If a generation fails for any reason — including images blocked by content moderation — the credits are refunded automatically and you'll see a refund notice. You never pay for an image you didn't receive.
Can I use the generated images commercially?⌄
You own the images you generate from your own inputs, as stated in our Terms of Service. Please don't generate content that infringes others' rights — such as a real person's likeness or protected artwork.

How your data is handled: your prompt and any reference photo go to the image model provider (Volcengine Ark) only to create your image; reference photos are used for that single generation and are never stored by us. Generated images are kept for 60 days so you can download them from your history, then they are deleted automatically. Every generation spends credits from your balance — and if a generation fails for any reason, the credits are refunded automatically.
